Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- provide 1st/2nd line device and application support to colleagues
- manage our relationship and outstanding issues with our MSP in relation to 3rd line support
- own and develop our endpoint administration system, Office 365 application, protection and identity systems
- prioritising and managing workload effectively, managing multiple open incidents and tickets simultaneously
- manage and document our inventory of devices in our Exeter office and held remotely
- act as the administrator for line-of-business systems
- build and support dataflows using no/low code tools to enable automatic processes to support the rest of the business
- build and set up new IT hardware, including laptops and mobile phones, and reset used devices ready for a new owner
Requirements
- previous experience working in an IT technical role for at least 3 years
- approachable and committed to supporting colleagues
- good working knowledge of Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune and Azure
- excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- experience in installing, configuring and maintaining a wide variety of hardware and software
- experience of no/low code tools such as Power Automate or Zapier are desirable but not essential
