Responsibility

  • monthly Control accounts reconciliation for the Group
  • quarterly VAT reconciliation and returns to the submitted by 7th of relevant month and VAT payments to arrive on/before that date
  • maintain monthly Prepayment and Accrual Schedules for the Group
  • manage inter-company accounts
  • maintain the company’s fixed asset register and insurance schedules
  • update daily cashflow forecast
  • payroll and Pension Preparation – Responsible for overall payroll processing and documentation, pension submission, RTI submission, SMP Recovery, Payslips distribution, HMRC account reconciliation and respond to all queries relating to the payroll
  • overall responsibility for Group Bank accounts Reconciliation and keeping software up to date
