Responsibility

  • provide event-relating information to potential attendees via phone and email
  • source business contacts outside of IDCs database. I.e., LinkedIn, Internet, other competitive events
  • update new and existing database contacts
  • provide feedback of key delegate discussions to the account and events team in order to help drive new business opportunities
  • create brand awareness of IDC’s Events to the market through phone conversations and building rapport
  • continue engagement with delegates during the retention phase to maximize attendance
  • attend these high-end events in person yourself
