- provide event-relating information to potential attendees via phone and email
- source business contacts outside of IDCs database. I.e., LinkedIn, Internet, other competitive events
- update new and existing database contacts
- provide feedback of key delegate discussions to the account and events team in order to help drive new business opportunities
- create brand awareness of IDC’s Events to the market through phone conversations and building rapport
- continue engagement with delegates during the retention phase to maximize attendance
- attend these high-end events in person yourself
