Responsibility
you will report to your allocated Operations Manager any incidents, accidents, HR or safeguarding concerns
respond to and log any compliments and complaints with your line manager & RM, commencing any necessary disciplinary action that may be required
job duties may include
assist in pre-assessments on potential new clients as directed by the business development and operations team
complete a weekly analysis report of you work - KPI reporting
you will support your Operations Manager with feedback, risk assessments, reviews & audits
