you will head up and develop procurement strategies across the business including the purchasing of materials and the inhouse warehousing and materials management
resourcer

manage the end-to-end recruitment process from candidate attraction through to offer management supporting both BAU recruitment activities and projects
doing 1st stage screening interviews either on the phone and Teams
you will focus on candidate management, taking control of high-volume sourcing projects
using creative attraction methods with an overarching focus on quality of hire and tapping into the passive candidate market
uploading and writing adverts
arranging head office interviews, liaising with line managers, candidates, and talent acquisition to ensure a seamless experience
system management of candidate regrets, offers and feedback where needed
utilise the ATS system for offers and onboarding purposes
