  • proven experience of creating UI Designs/Assets via a Demo Reel and/or portfolio
  • experience of working on Games for Mobile platforms
  • experience with industry standard Game Engines
  • experience working within a team environment helping to guide, motivate and improve team capabilities
  • experience managing, planning and estimating tasks in a project planning suit

Requirements

  • essential
  • experience in game design, having worked on projects in a design capacity
  • comfortable generating ideas for projects
  • knowledge of wider games industry practices and an overall passion for gaming
  • game design experience working on a live game
  • confident generating ideas for a variety of game projects, pitching designs and understanding of the resources needed to deliver them
  • experience using analytics to make informed changes towards gameplay and user data and turning these into focussed improvements
  • familiarisation and some experience with game engines such as Unity
