Responsibility

  • perform a variety of cleaning duties across the public areas of the site as well as within the bedrooms
  • ensure all 20 rooms are cared for and cleaned according to company standards
  • always work with highest standards and with a keen eye to spot and report maintenance issues
  • deal with reasonable requests with professionalism and patience
  • adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
  • manage rota and the team in the absence of the Head Housekeeper

Requirements

  • ability to work pro-actively and maintain a high level of performance
  • customer-oriented and friendly
  • proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
  • housekeeping: 3 years
  • hospitality: 2 years
  • customer service: 2 years
