- honed your experience across a range of accounting areas and be a well rounded finance professional with strategic thinking capabilities
- previous business partnering experience at a senior level - although this is not essential
- the ability to communicate effectively to explain financial concepts to non-finance colleagues
- natural leadership skills - able to motivate your team and foster a culture of excellence
- accountant credentials with any of the following qualifications or equivalent - CIMA, CIPFA, ACCA or ACA
- commercial acumen and a proven track record to manage and analyse large financial projects
