Responsibility
receive, inspect, sort, and process returned items from customers
process and send out spare items to customers
ensure all returned items and spare parts are accurately recorded and documented
identify any damages or defects in returned items and report correctly
keep the warehouse organized and clean, regularly practicing warehouse safety procedures
assist with inventory control by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of stock levels
work closely with the operations team to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner
respond promptly to any customer inquiries regarding returned items or spare parts
Requirements
proven experience working in a warehouse environment
strong organisational skills and attention to detail
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team
knowledge of inventory management and control techniques
ability to operate machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks
basic computer knowledge and proficiency in relevant software applications
physically fit and able to lift heavy objects

Requirements
previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is advantageous
previous experience as a delivery driver or van driver is advantageous
strong mechanical knowledge to assist with basic vehicle maintenance
strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients
familiarity with commercial driving practices is preferred
previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is beneficial
experience in warehouse operations is beneficial but not mandatory
strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and customers

secure loads for transport, utilising appropriate equipment and techniques to prevent damage during transit
