Job PurposeTo carry out all forms of care without direct supervision.Responsible for assessing planning, implementing and evaluating all aspects of resident or patient care.Take charge when required in the absence of the Senior Staff Nurse or Nurse Manager.Responsibilities1) To assess, plan, implement and evaluate all forms of resident and patient care.2) Ensure that all residents receive the care identified in the care plans.3) To give any medication as prescribed, with proper monitoring adhered to. Senior Staff Nurse Antrim
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will lead a team of nurses and care assistants to deliver exceptional care or our residents across 3 units in our Home. The Senior Staff nurse will work closely with the Nurse Manager adminstering treatment by screening, monitoring and reporting patient progress, as well as direct the activities of support staff.
