- ⁻ Report defective machinery within the field environment promptly
- ⁻ Keeping a handle on both output and costs ensure that Agency colleagues are kept to a minimum, whilst ensuring all customer orders are met
- ⁻ Ensure that all colleagues understand and are trained in the whole packhouse /field processes to ensure maximum optimisation of produce
- ⁻ Ensure that all work practices are completed within the Health & Safety legislation, compliant with the Health & Safety Act 1974
- ⁻ Ensure that all the machinery is in a safe working order
- ⁻ Improve and maintain a high level of health and safety
- ⁻ Ensure all harvesting colleagues comply with the companies’ policies and procedures
- ⁻ Ensure smooth running of all functions within the field
