reporting to the After Sales Manager you will be working for a Multi Franchise dealership
this is an exciting role with first-class training and outstanding long-term career prospects
you will be a qualified mechanic with a minimum Level 3 qualification
ideally you will be qualified MOT tester however, we will provide training
you will also need to make sure that all the necessary paperwork is accurate and up to date
reporting to the General Aftersales Manager you will be responsible for maintaining our customer’s vehicles to the highest standard carrying out inspections, repairs and service checks following Health & Safety regulations and completing MOT’s
the comprehensive programme provides you with an exciting and challenging opportunity to achieve formal qualifications through extensive product training as well as building up confidence and gaining valuable work experience whilst undertaking the role
you will be working in a busy fast paced workshop maintaining our customer’s vehicle to the highest standard carrying out inspections, repairs and service checks following Health & Safety regulations

booking vehicles into our workshop, arranging service loan vehicles and producing customer invoices
the role will also include processing warranty claims and working in our parts department
previous experience working of working on a busy Service Reception Desk preffered
your main responsibilities will include dealing with customers both in person and over the telephone, recording customers’ requirements in a professional and polite manner
