  • donaldson Court provides a Retirement Housing with Meals Service to tenants, aged 60 and over, who wish to retain their independence but also want to benefit from leaving the worries of making their own meals each day to someone else

Requirements

  • to be able to develop and maintain professional relationships with tenants, relatives, colleagues and other professionals including maintaining appropriate confidentiality
  • to have an awareness of the needs and rights of older people in supported housing
  • to be able to deal with emergency situations
  • ability to manage and support small staff group , experience of supervising a small team would be beneficial
  • qualification in Housing or related discipline, HNC,/SVQ Level 2 or equivalent would be desirable
  • demonstrable work, personal or volunteering experience within a housing, social care or health services setting through which a thorough understanding of the needs of older people and services provided to older people has been gained
