- A valid barbering qualification or 5 years experience
- A valid barbering qualification or certification is desirable but not mandatory for skilled candidates
- ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to continue learning and developing skills
