- keep accurate records of service calls, maintenance checks, and repairs
- experience in Upvc
- strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- willingness to travel to client sites as needed
