  • hopscotch Care is looking to recruit a Deputy Manager who is experienced for one of our homes in Morecambe
  • you will be required to work shifts and be involved in an on-call rota
  • be responsible for supporting the running of the home
  • supporting the staff and young people
  • competent at all aspects of paperwork
  • confident at dealing with external agencies
  • be able to organise staffing levels as required
  • you will have previous management experience and have the ability to provide guidance and instruction to a small staff team who look after young people from the age of 8-18

  • qualified at NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Residential Child Care or equivalent
