Responsibility
- hopscotch Care is looking to recruit a Deputy Manager who is experienced for one of our homes in Morecambe
- you will be required to work shifts and be involved in an on-call rota
- be responsible for supporting the running of the home
- supporting the staff and young people
- competent at all aspects of paperwork
- confident at dealing with external agencies
- be able to organise staffing levels as required
- you will have previous management experience and have the ability to provide guidance and instruction to a small staff team who look after young people from the age of 8-18
Requirements
- minimum of 2 years’ experience
- qualified at NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Residential Child Care or equivalent
- looking to make a difference
- must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts over a 7 day period
