leading a team of committed staff and highly engaged volunteers, you will spark enthusiasm with the proven ability of operating within a managerial role, and well-developed team building skills
this will include utilising our volunteers skill sets and motivating them to deliver great customer service and perform tasks in line with our charity standards
you will be creative, adaptable and organised, with the ability to plan, prioritise and delegate, which will help you drive the success of the shop
you’ll use your strong IT skills to manage the EPOS tilling system, using the data available to meet targets, maximise revenue and ensure profit contribution is generated
you will be a confident communicator, and use your commercial flair to engage with the local community to generate stock as well as working in collaboration with colleagues across the retail community
