- responsible for recording on the training matrix spreadsheet and on LMS platform employee’s classroom training progress
- responsible for monitoring and maintaining employees’ details and learning progress regarding completion of e-learning on the LMS system
- to monitor and maintain training compliance for all employees across Home Support Matters , ensuring a high level of compliance is maintained in line with Home Support Matters policies, CQC, and relevant social care legislation
- responsible for booking all employees onto both e-learning and classroom training to meet HSM’s training compliance requirements
- manage the bookings of specialism courses/training for employees in line with HSM’s business needs
- responsible for booking venues for delivery of training
- responsible for managing the employee’s birthday calendar and sending employee’s birthday cards
