  • responsible for recording on the training matrix spreadsheet and on LMS platform employee’s classroom training progress
  • responsible for monitoring and maintaining employees’ details and learning progress regarding completion of e-learning on the LMS system
  • to monitor and maintain training compliance for all employees across Home Support Matters , ensuring a high level of compliance is maintained in line with Home Support Matters policies, CQC, and relevant social care legislation
  • responsible for booking all employees onto both e-learning and classroom training to meet HSM’s training compliance requirements
  • manage the bookings of specialism courses/training for employees in line with HSM’s business needs
  • responsible for booking venues for delivery of training
  • responsible for managing the employee’s birthday calendar and sending employee’s birthday cards

Responsibility

  • working within our team of coordinators you will be responsible for the day to day planning of our Care team’s workload
  • this role will be working in our Beccles office Monday to Friday Full Time
  • you will be required to work On Call which would include working early/evening shifts and Weekends on a rota’d basis
  • previous experience within a coordination role/planning or booking will give you an added advantage, however if you have previous experience working hands on in a care environment but now looking to use your skills in an office environment your will thrive in this role
