to monitor and maintain training compliance for all employees across Home Support Matters , ensuring a high level of compliance is maintained in line with Home Support Matters policies, CQC, and relevant social care legislation
responsible for booking all employees onto both e-learning and classroom training to meet HSM’s training compliance requirements
manage the bookings of specialism courses/training for employees in line with HSM’s business needs
responsible for booking venues for delivery of training
responsible for managing the employee’s birthday calendar and sending employee’s birthday cards

working within our team of coordinators you will be responsible for the day to day planning of our Care team’s workload
this role will be working in our Beccles office Monday to Friday Full Time
you will be required to work On Call which would include working early/evening shifts and Weekends on a rota’d basis
previous experience within a coordination role/planning or booking will give you an added advantage, however if you have previous experience working hands on in a care environment but now looking to use your skills in an office environment your will thrive in this role
