- utilise CRM's and Diallers to track interactions, manage leads, and update customer information accurately
- maintain a positive attitude while handling customer inquiries and objections
- collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach efforts
- achieve daily and weekly targets for calls made and leads generated
- provide feedback on customer responses to help refine marketing strategies
- previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not essential
- strong verbal communication skills
