  • complete ownership of your customer accounts from ‘order call off to cash’

  • to aid in the design and creative executions for communications across Home Decor and its brands
  • delivery of projects on time, without compromise to brand integrity in a fast-paced environment

surveyor

Responsibility

  • responsible for surveying properties and taking accurate measurements in preparation for the installation of wardrobe systems
  • provide a remedial service including undertaking basic wardrobe adjustments and other tasks which fully comply with the customer’s specification and standards, whilst managing time effectively to ensure jobs are completed on time and in full
  • collect and deliver any product required to complete remedial work ensuring product is suitably stored, secured and protected to minimise damage during transit
  • ensure a ‘right first time’ approach, carrying out all tasks to the highest standards as outlined in company standard installation guide, ensuring return visits and cost of poor quality are minimised
  • maintain full compliance with all customer and company Health & Safety requirements including: PPE, RAMS, safety briefings and toolbox talks

  • will be transporting van loads of chipboard woodwork and glass sliding doors. Van must be ply lined and have sufficient racking/strapping to help secure and protect product from transportation damage
