  • we have a very RARE & exciting opportunity arise at our Care Home in Carnforth - we are hiring a new Care Home Manager
  • to ensure that all disciplinary procedures are applied and understood by all staff
  • to undertake any other reasonable duties as requested
  • to ensure the home has excellent relationships with all external agencies, and to attend meetings where appropriate
  • in conjunction with the Regional Manager ensure that staff training, staff inductions, staff appraisals/supervision and staff meetings are conducted
