ensuring high standards of maintenance to the interior and exterior of the Nursing Home
carrying out general maintenance and repairs including decoration. To include minor electrical, plumbing duties
organise and liaise with outside contractors for any maintenance works or repairs

Requirements
general maintenance knowledge / experience e.g. minor electrical, plumbing, joinery work etc
understanding of central heating systems, laundry and kitchen equipment, hot & cold-water systems etc
decoration skills
knowledge of current Health & Safety regulations
ability to problem solve and provide workable speedy solutions to maintenance issues
D1 Minibus driving licence and current PSV CPC
good communication skills
personable and presentable
