Responsibility

  • provide direct and indirect patient care in the Emergency Room setting
  • assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
  • administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • monitor and document patient vital signs and symptoms
  • collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques
  • maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Requirements

  • valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
  • minimum of 1 year of experience working in an ER setting
  • BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
  • strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations
  • flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
