we are looking for a reliable Housekeeper to maintain our holiday letting in the Scottish Borders
minimum 10 hours a week potentially increasing slightly over the summer period

perform a variety of cleaning activities such as hoovering, mopping, dusting, polishing and making beds
ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
the goal is to create a clean and welcoming environment for our guests that will lead to positive reviews and increased bookings
inspect equipment to make sure there are no faults
notify management on any damages, deficits and disturbances
deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
be a responsible keyholder to provide tradespeople access when necessary
