Responsibility
- oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
- coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- the appointed H&MV Civil Site Foreman will be responsible for the management of all civil construction activities, to achieve required project delivery to the customers’ objectives, whilst maintaining standards of health and safety, quality environmental impact and cost control
- meet contractual conditions of performance to deliver on time and budget
- the Civil Site Foreman is responsible for scheduling, coordinating and supervising the work of all site operatives, ensuring that all work is delivered safely on time and within budget along with managing equipment and materials required
- review the work progress on daily basis
- this involves ensuring all Company and legal regulations are implemented, that all required documentation is completed as necessary and recording daily work on site
- keep accurate site records of all personal and equipment on site
