Responsibility

  • keep medical, nursing and other records as directed by the Home Manager, and compiling reports and surveys as requested
  • responsible for the skilled practical nursing care of residents and the supervision of nursing practice under the direction of the Home Manager, promoting and maintaining a high standard of care

  • take day to day responsibility in organising and leading the care team
  • support new staff during induction and probationary period and conduct formal reviews after 3 months with Home Manager
