• PVT charges + Lab fees split 50/50
• the practice benefits from in house hygenist, senior dental nurses who have been in the practice for 10 yrs +

• assist dentist, prepare surgery, deal with patients
• recording of treatment including charting form the dentist’s instructions and note taking
• decontamination of instruments
• getting the surgery ready for patient care
• good understanding of SOE
• work on reception
• ordering and preparing dental materials and instruments
• cleaning away used instruments and materials and keeping the surgery clean and tidy
• assisting the dentist during patient treatment
• work with practice manager
• first aid treatments
• sterilizing dental instruments
• triage of patients attending for emergency treatment
• disinfecting the work area
• providing patients with pre and post-operative instructions and information prior to safely discharging the patient following
• care and minor maintenance of equipment such as high-speed drills
• assisting in the training of trainee dental nurses
• maintaining stock levels in surgery and checking expiry dates
