- reporting to the Operations Manager, the Field Supervisor will provide support and guidance to the Field Engineering Team to ensure that all works are completed safely, are compliant and to the HGC quality standard

- duties will include supervising engineering installations, trouble shooting, testing and commissioning, onsite project completion sign off, compiling & completing test results and customer handover packs along with quality and safety checks, support with management of stores, tools and vehicles and ensuring that 24/7 ERS callouts are managed to meet client demand along
- ability to review, implement / change work pack instructions
- respond to emergency call outs as part of the ERS rota
- carry out onsite retrospective and real time quality checks
- flexible working approach to the working day and location
- responsibility for onsite safety checks
- training of engineers both onsite and in a classroom environment
- production of redline mark ups if required
- mentor to engineers enabling them to succeed in their role
- accurately complete A55 submissions and audit blockages

Requirements
- min 5 years’ experience in Telecoms
- experience working on Openreach or City Fibre networks
- contract management knowledge
