  • help our customers to enhance their use of the Radan software
  • ensure that customer cases received by the technical support team are responded to efficiently
  • ensure that the customer is fully informed about the status of outstanding cases and case resolutions
  • take initiative for dealing with complex issues and queries
  • effectively deliver product training sessions to customers
  • escalate to Manager or Assistant Manager any issues that may need clarification or further resources to resolve
  • provide feedback on potential areas for development, or software problems to be resolved
  • recommend new processes where needed for quality improvement, cost reduction and on-time delivery

Requirements

  • 4 – 5 years of experience in the Tool & Die design/manufacturing sector, working with CAD/CAM software products
  • HNC or HND level qualification in Engineering or Manufacturing discipline
  • availability to travel up to 15% of the time. Mostly in the UK
  • 2 - 3 years of experience working with CAD/CAM in a metal cutting production environment
  • full clean UK driver’s licence
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in CNC part programming
  • living close to Gloucester or willing to relocate

Responsibility

  • delivering product training for customers at our office, at customer sites in the UK and Ireland, or remotely
  • delivery of product demonstrations and pre-sales technical support
  • delivering consultancy. Dealing with any issue or request coming from the customer regarding the usage of our softeware/s in their environment
