- 3 years of experience working with CAD/CAM software/s
- right to work in the UK on a permanent basis
Responsibility
- help our customers to enhance their use of the Radan software
- ensure that customer cases received by the technical support team are responded to efficiently
- ensure that the customer is fully informed about the status of outstanding cases and case resolutions
- take initiative for dealing with complex issues and queries
- effectively deliver product training sessions to customers
- escalate to Manager or Assistant Manager any issues that may need clarification or further resources to resolve
- provide feedback on potential areas for development, or software problems to be resolved
- recommend new processes where needed for quality improvement, cost reduction and on-time delivery
