Responsibility

  • develop meaningful person centered plans for daily activities
  • refer to relevant documentation relating to residents’ individual personal needs
  • provide therapeutic activities to help with differing physical, psychosocial and mental health needs
  • liaise with community groups to ensure that residents have access to clubs and activities outside the Care Home
  • plan outings including arranging transport
  • be creative in sourcing interesting and diverse entertainers
  • liaise with residents, relatives and colleagues in order to deliver the best service to our residents
  • you be required to take part in relevant training appropriate to the role

nurse

Working hours

  • full-time | Part-time

Responsibility

  • manage stocks of all supplies effectively and economically and ensure the timely order of replenishment stocks
  • assist with the investigation of any complaints
  • to attend and take an active part in staff meetings
  • to work in a way that ensures that neither your own Health & Safety is jeopardised or that of your colleagues
  • to ensure that any issues that may arise are reported to a Line Manager without delay
