Responsibility
- we are a growing fast-food restaurant chain looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team
- prepare and cook high-quality burgers, sides, and other menu items to the customers satisfaction
- follow recipes and ensure the highest standards are maintained
- ensure food hygiene and safety standards are met
- assist in menu planning and development
- work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure a smooth kitchen operation
- as a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality burgers, sides, and other menu items to our customers satisfaction, while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
- train and supervise junior kitchen staff
Requirements
- proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- A culinary diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred
- full training will be provided
