Responsibility

  • ¨ To review and analyze all related financial results/reports for the overall Food and Beverage department, planning and taking any corrective action required to ensure revenue and profitability targets are met
  • ¨ To deputise for the General Manager as and when required and to undertake delegated tasks on their behalf
  • ¨ To take overall responsibility for direct ordering, timing of orders, receiving, invoice settlement and accuracy, storage temperatures and areas
  • ¨ To work closely with the Office Manager and other members of the SMT to ensure the Club diary is up to date and managed effectively
  • ¨ To take overall responsibility for the upkeep, maintenance and legal obligations relating to the Clubhouse and bar including the management of the in-house cleaning operation
  • ¨ To attend all necessary SMT and staff meetings
  • ¨ To recruit, line and performance manage and appraise all post-holders involved in the catering and bar function including the Executive Head Chef, catering and bar staff and cleaning operatives
  • ¨ To approve catering policy and pricing, planning, production and closure of all events
