we are looking for a competent Restaurant Server to take and deliver orders
you’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences
food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages
prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
you need to be quick on your feet and have a polite and friendly attitude
present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages

Responsibility
¨ To review and analyze all related financial results/reports for the overall Food and Beverage department, planning and taking any corrective action required to ensure revenue and profitability targets are met
¨ To deputise for the General Manager as and when required and to undertake delegated tasks on their behalf
¨ To take overall responsibility for direct ordering, timing of orders, receiving, invoice settlement and accuracy, storage temperatures and areas
¨ To work closely with the Office Manager and other members of the SMT to ensure the Club diary is up to date and managed effectively
¨ To take overall responsibility for the upkeep, maintenance and legal obligations relating to the Clubhouse and bar including the management of the in-house cleaning operation
¨ To attend all necessary SMT and staff meetings
¨ To recruit, line and performance manage and appraise all post-holders involved in the catering and bar function including the Executive Head Chef, catering and bar staff and cleaning operatives
¨ To approve catering policy and pricing, planning, production and closure of all events
