Responsibility

  • heath Electrical Services is seeking for skilled and experienced commercial electricians to join our team
  • as a commercial electrician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in commercial and industrial buildings
  • install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in commercial and industrial buildings, including wiring, fixtures, controls, and equipment
  • read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout and specifications for electrical systems
  • ensure that electrical installations and repairs comply with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations
  • troubleshoot electrical problems and perform accurate diagnoses to identify and repair issues
  • install and connect wiring, conduit, and electrical components according to project requirements and specifications
  • perform electrical testing, including continuity, voltage, and resistance checks, to ensure proper functioning and safety of electrical systems

Requirements

  • additional certifications or specialised training in specific electrical areas
  • proven work experience as a commercial electrician or in a similar role
  • journeyman or master electrician license, as required in the local jurisdiction
  • experience in commercial and industrial electrical projects
  • knowledge of energy-efficient electrical systems and sustainable practices
  • strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and materials
  • proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and technical drawings
  • experience with motor controls and programmable logic controllers
