Responsibility

  • the manager must ensure the home can create a safe and therapeutic to create positive outcomes for each young person
  • you will manage the day to day operations, ensuring the home is compliant with OFSTED and meets company standards
  • you will work alongside an HR and recruitment department to assist with staff management, recruitment, and development
  • manage quality assurance
