Responsibility
enhance standard customer service procedures and processes, making recommendations for improvements
tig welder
Responsibility
measure and align work pieces using straightedges, clamps, and calipers
ensure compliance with established health/safety policies and regulations
carry out grinding and thermal cutting operations to obtain various textures and sizes for metal parts
oversee the set-up of TIG welding equipment
operate power and hand tools such as arc welders, buffing machine, and scrapers
maintain good working knowledge of the welding characteristics of metals
ensure welding operations meet set specifications and construction requirements
follow all health and safety procedures set out by the company to maintain a safe working environment for all
Requirements
each one of our products is individually designed to the specification of the customer, whether for professional or private need
previous experience within a manufacturing environment
experience with welding metal components
you will be able to operate gas and non-gas welding device in carrying out welding duties
you will be able to measure accurately using a tape measure

Responsibility
to be capable of using all Tooling machinery including surface grinder lathe and milling machine where required
to respond to tooling related breakdowns as quickly and efficiently as possible
to manufacture tooling and ancillary components etc. Either from engineering drawings or the copying of existing parts
to perform tasks for the repair/modification of all production tooling
to assist maintenance as and when required
to trouble shoot when responding to production problems and breakdowns
to carry tasks out to a high degree of workmanship in an environment which strives for continuous improvement
to keep the department clean and tidy at all times reporting any hazards to the operations Manager
supervisor
Responsibility
responsible for ensuring the operation of the yard stock control, transportation and security
responsible for the housekeeping of the yard ensuring correct storage of materials, equipment and vehicles
ensure that all equipment within your scope of work is maintained to the highest standard
responsible for the safe loading / unloading of vehicles and containers
responsible for the development of the yard staff to achieve defined minimum standards of performance, ensuring that all individuals are developed to make the minimum contribution consistent with their abilities and expectations
ensure that all paperwork has been processed at the correct time to enable the factory’s daily procedure to be undertaken without any problems, which may result in unnecessary credits having to be raised
