- we’re growing and so is the geographic locations of our Care Homes
- we strive to be an Employer and Home of choice and having a safe, high quality Estate will support this aim
- one day you’ll be undertaking an inspection and the next you could be negotiating a contract for services
- working as Estates Manager, you’ll playing a key role in the resident’s lives by ensuring our Care Homes are operating within the correct health and safety guidelines
- this is a fundamental role in helping us reach our vision, where the foundation is to provide a safe and secure environment for residents and staff
- no two days will be the same in this busy varied role, but your contract management experience and excellent understanding of operational service agreements will ensure that everything is in its place
- this role could be suited to someone with construction management or social housing experience who is used to travelling across sites to different locations throughout your working week
