we're looking for a Solicitor to join our Commercial Property team in Cambridge
the team focuses on a mixture of commercial property work, including City centre locations to rural development, small shops to major London offices and they cover all types of projects including residential and commercial development, strategic land sites, nursing homes, factories, pubs, hotels and schools
due to the nature of the work, we're looking for someone who has a commercial property background, but has had some exposure to development work
when necessary provide advice on the breadth of Commercial Property issues, including but not limited to landlord and tenant, planning issues, construction, funding of development sites, conditional sale agreements, option agreement and overarching sale agreements
