- meet, greet, and direct patients accordingly
- organizing and attending weekly Credit control meeting
- revenue audit – assisting General manager and Head of Finance to ensure the revenue is captured for all the services performed
- be amongst the first point of contact for patients
- provide support to other members of the team
Requirements
- previous experience of working in a similar role is essential
- attention to detail
- good communication & organizational skills
- good IT skills
