HAPPITY is looking for employees for positions:
- identifying and implementing new product functions to drive sales, signups, and overall customer engagement from initial awareness to loyal customer
- creating a social media content strategy to fit within our marketing strategy
- creating, scheduling and engaging on posts and stories
- managing our Facebook Group to build community
- reporting on progress and improving strategy
- supporting or managing campaigns
- have a strong understanding of front end technologies and frameworks and how to deliver the best user experience across the UI
- knowledge across the whole stack, from browser dev tools to a SQL database
- have experience with building, maintaining, and optimizing production web apps, whether in RoR or another tech stack
- ability to research technologies and provide technical input on maintenance and development of the application and new features
- take pride in your work and understand that you are responsible for the whole system
