to ensure that the school achieves, as a minimum, the financial targets agreed in line with the budget
to ensure that the school’s reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the customers
to monitor the work of the catering team, including Midday Meals Supervisors, and carry out appraisals ensuring that information is filed appropriately, with development plans that are actively used
to provide a professional catering service, ensuring that expected standards are maintained and met within the agreed objectives
