Responsibility
- we are looking for an experienced and self-motivated HR Advisor to join our team
- the ability to resolve queries and identify key issues and risks is also essential
- the successful candidate will hold a CIPD L5 or equivalent HR or management qualification
- in return, we can offer a hybrid working model, varied role and support from a pragmatic and solution focused team
- the postholder will have exposure to a variety of HR activities as part of the People team supporting the Integrated Care Board to make a difference in the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care System
- the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships is essential for this post as are developed communication skills with the ability to communicate and present information, issues and recommendations to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
