Responsibility
- 1.To manage a small team of administrators
- to work as part of the team to support & co-ordinate internal & external meetings with all parties involved
- the delivery of an effective and competent level of clerical support and consistently deliver a “client-focused” service
- development of good working relationships with care homes, domiciliary care providers, Local Authority colleagues and colleagues from other NHS bodies
- to request information & evidence from families, provider services and clinical professionals
- develop good working relationships with care providers, Local Authority Colleagues and colleagues from other NHS bodies and client families
- supporting the procurement process for placements and community care packages from private providers of nursing homes and domiciliary care providers
- to attend & support at identified meetings, taking accurate notes when requested
Requirements

- excellent minute taking skills
- the ability to problem solve
- the ability to prioritise your workload
- to be able to use initiative and work unsupervised
- ability to meet deadlines
- successful candidates will be subject to a six-month probationary period
