- removing impediments and barriers that hinder the team's productivity and quality of work
- coaching, mentoring, and guiding the team and stakeholders to embrace Agile values and principles
- helping the Product Owner effectively manage the product backlog and ensuring that Product Goals and Backlog items are clear and concise
- collaborating with the Product Owner and team to refine user stories and acceptance criteria
- managing risks and dependencies by communicating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
