Requirements
- some prior experience in a similar role or a knowledge of wine is essential
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- A genuine interest in gastronomy and a willingness to learn
- we will sponsor your training through WSET if required
- staff discount at Hambleton Hall, Hambleton Bakery and Harts Hotel Nottingham
- free access to a local gym and fitness classes
- free meals whilst at work
- preferably you will have a Level 2 or Level 3 WSET certificate, but this is not essential as we will sponsor your training
