HALI PUBLICATIONS is looking for employees for positions:
- preparation of the management accounts, including monthly cashflow and forecasting
- providing general financial advice to the Managing Director and Managers
- responsible for all HMRC queries, Companies House filings and returns
- ACCA qualified or hold equivalent qualification
- submitting quarterly VAT returns
- submitting Company Accounts
- manage paid subscriptions and free controlled circulation
- process subscription and book orders using in-house subscription system
- liaise with the mailing house to ensure orders are fulfilled in good time
- fulfill orders from the office that the mailing house cannot
- stock management
- run weekly reports on subscription numbers and revenue growth
- create financial and statistical tools and reports using spreadsheets
- update systems and processes as required
