Requirements
previous training in business management or marketing is required for this role
degree level training in business management would be preferrable
A proven experience of working in a business development role is essential
an ability to contribute to strategy formulation and take responsibility for deliverables to achieve set objectives
experience of working at a senior level, presenting information and giving strong evidence and factually based recommendations
strong communication and IT skills
business development: 5 years
experience in the construction industry / housing market with knowledge of land acquisitions and local authority frameworks is desirable but not essential
Responsibility
hours of work 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, hour will need to be flexible to meet business needs
