Responsibility
- gurt Wings the award winning fried chicken food truck is looking for a catering manager to help with the day to day running of the business as grow and expand
- we need someone who has experience within catering and hospitality and has some knowledge of street food and working in food trucks
- you will be involved in sorting out shifts for staff, ordering stock, managing staff on the truck, making sure good customer service is upheld, dealing with health and safety management, cooking, preparation, new menu development and assisting with day to day running of the business
- the ideal person would be need to be highly motivated, flexible, work well in a fast paced environment, have a love and knowledge for street food and enjoy working in catering and hospitality and doesn't mind working shifts and some weekends
- you must hold a clean full UK drivers licence as you will be expected to drive the food truck on certain days, a car licence is fine as the truck is below 3.5ton and is classed as 3.5ton van
- it is a very exciting time to join the company as we expand and grow with adding another food truck to our fleet with expansion in selling merchandise and retail sauce bottles
- this is a very fun and rewarding job but fast paced role and would suit someone who has a love and passion for food and street food
