Responsibility
monitor inventory levels in the our trucks
assist in food preparation and cooking
you will be involved in managing stock in the trucks, managing staff on our trucks, ensuring all the food is served to a very high standard and making sure customers are happy, dealing with health and safety management, cooking, preparation and assisting with new menu development
