Responsibility
- RS Senior Aircraft Component Repair Technician in GAC Farnborough
- maintain and utilize all required. paperwork in accordance with regulatory and Repair Station requirements
- provides regular updates on aircraft status and customer support activity to Field Service Representative and management
- perform other duties as assigned
- perform mass weight and balance on repaired flight controls using blueprints and approved maintenance data
- compliance with the company’s ‘Maintenance Organisation Expedition, ‘Safety Management System’ requirements, including all health and safety requirements
Education
- successfully completed an aviation sector apprenticeship or equivalent
- extensive combined experience in inspection, maintenance or servicing of large/mid-size aircraft
- other EASA Part 66 full B1, B2 or B1/2 License required
- valid Driver’s License required
- other Valid Passport required
Requirements
- B1 Licensed Engineer
- aircraft Maintenance apprenticeship preferred
- minimum 2 Gulfstream Type ratings
- able to read & interpret blueprints, eng docs, CMP data, CBs and ASCs
- place of residence to be with 1-2 hours of Luton Airport
- proficient in operation of all tools & equip in dept
- superior technical skill, removing skins and related components on flight controls and secondary structure components
- basic understanding of shop math
