  • comply with the Companies Health & safety policy and procedures
  • review with QS the subcontractor applications, and variation accounts in advance of payments
  • ensure daily site diary is completed with sufficient detail
  • establishing the Client’s needs and Project Success Criteria
  • ensure all S/C are suitable and competent prior to the issue of inquiry, QS to issue PQQs
  • attend regular design team review meetings - Information Release Schedule MUST be reviewed and updated at these meetings - Any delay is addressed urgently
  • attend VE workshops & internal meetings as required
  • ensure construction staff are adequately trained and have the tools to perform their role effectively
