- at least 3 to 4 years of healthcare sales and/or extensive previous sales experience within a similar role
- ideally have a degree and a marketing or sales management degree/certificate
- previous sales experience within the Sports Medicine or Medical Devices field
- successful track record of medical devices or consumables and/or operating theatre equipment sales
- educated to a degree level, ideally
- education to Degree level or equivalent in a relevant field
- deep understanding and successful track record to integrate various sales strategies
- existing network of Surgical professionals would be considered a plus
- outstanding presentation, negotiation and communication skills
- experience with NHS and HSE Procurement as well as with both Acute and Clinical Commissioning Groups
- proven ability to influence high-level purchasing decisions and manage relationships effectively
- willingness and drive to work autonomously and extensively travelling across the assigned region
- proven experience in key account management, including business administrative procedures
- be able to work well within a hybrid environment, including both face-to-face and virtual interactions
- education to Degree level or equivalent
