previous experience of working in Health Care is preferred
experienced care worker – QCF level 2-3 is preferred
NVQ level 2 in Health care is preferred

happy to offer support with a range of tasks, including personal care, preparing meals, administering medicine, shopping and light household duties

Responsibility
identify training and development needs
ensure that safeguarding incidents are reported in accordance with policies and practices
delivering Care when required
ensure that service users are fully included in any decisions made in relation to the service they receive
registered manager
Requirements
you will also need good budget, business management and commercial skills to succeed in this role
you will need to be an efficient, organised and experienced manager who is passionate about providing the best in community care with solid understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework relating to the group’s range of services
